LRG Comes to Louisville
AgFi recently hosted participants of our CGB Enterprises, Inc.-sponsored women’s development program called Lead, Retain, Grow (LRG).
This two-day, immersive experience included a tour of AgFi headquarters, a visit to the CGB grain elevator in Jeffersonville, meetings with program mentors, business presentations, and participation in an all-female panel discussion.
This trip not only offered an opportunity for participants to learn more about CGB’s family of businesses and grow professional skills, but also provided a hands-on look at the global ag supply chain and how financial services support every step of the industry.
LRG is part of a broader initiative to promote leadership, visibility, and advancement opportunities for women at CGB. By providing professional development, mentorship, and real-world exposure, the program equips participants with tools to drive impact in their roles and throughout the industry.
