Barry Rager has nearly 25 years of banking experience with eight of those years specializing in agricultural leasing. Prior to ag lending, Barry was a CAT dealer in addition to selling other agriculture equipment. He has also worked in the agronomy field selling inputs and providing recommendations for farmers.

With more than 30 years of knowledge from working on his family farm in Elkton, Kentucky, Barry brings a deep understanding of logistical, managerial and operational dynamics that are crucial for today’s agricultural business.

Barry is actively involved in the Todd County Extension Council, and has served as a board member of the Boys and Girls Club of Hopkinsville. Barry earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Business from Western Kentucky University in 1986.

He is married to his wife Leslie. They have two grown children, Cloie and Landon. Their family farm consists of Black Angus cattle, dark fired tobacco, corn, soybeans and wheat.
